This workshop will provide a beginners guide to using dental implants for overdentures in the mandibular arch. The course will cover case selection,case work -up, surgical and prosthetics techniques involved in providing mandibular implant overdentures. The course will examine in detail the use of the locator attachment system and the benefits of this prosthetic attachment. The course has been designed principally for general dentists and dental technicians either involved with implant overdentures or wanting to incorporate implant overdentures into their practice. The deman for support for lower dentures in particular is growing and the tremendous benefits that it provides patients makes this a very rewarding area of dentistry.
